As direct result of the current economic climate the directors of Cannon Electrical Installations Ltd have taken the decision to restructure the business. As a result, the business and assets have been sold to a new division of Hilton Building Services Ltd.
I am delighted to announce from Friday 19th March 2010 the new company, to be known as ‘Hilton Cannon Electrical Ltd’ will continue the “Cannon journey”.
As I am sure you are aware, Hiltons are one of the country’s leading Building Service Contractors operating nationwide and provide a complete range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing services. The Cannon Brand and operational expertise now adds ELECTRICAL capabilities to the portfolio.
Hiltons have been established for more than 100 years with a reputation for proving high quality service and delivering projects on time and to budget.
The existing Cannon team will form the nucleus of the new company, and therefore existing relationships which are very important to us will continue.
